Had both of my cars in a bad shape. Alternator died on one, radiator pump coolant leak on the other. Super transparent and nice folks. Got one car back the same day, the other the next.

I had good experiences with the owner of Dependable Auto repair. With that being said, I regret I chose to continue to use their services after issues with my vehicle persisted. This review may be slightly long but I would advise considering it before spending your money. I had invested, over time, many thousands of dollars into my 1996 cobra with Dependable Auto. I also spent large sums of money on other various repairs for it to only break again or find out the issue was not actually fixed. To be precise I spent thousands trying to resolve and replace clutches/clutch cables with them only for the vehicle to have the same issue. I had experienced weak/inadequate braking on newly installed brakes. I brought the matter to their attention, yet the issue did not change. I find out the brakes were not properly installed via a different auto shop. Besides the thousands I wasted on clutch replacements/repairs, were vehicle performance issues. I found out that a large part of the performance issue was a failing fuel pump and deteriorating fuel tank lining. My intake runner control had also failed. None of these issues were resolved until i took the vehicle to a different shop. Lastly, the

Definitely recommend! New customer today and will be back in future! Tyrone and Lynsey were both so sweet, quick to help, and honestly did more than they had to just to help me out! It's difficult finding the time and resources when something's up with your vehicle, let alone finding great customer service on top! Shout out's to both of them for helping me out and easing my mind! I will be back!

I brought my vehicle to their shop having trusted them before with other repairs. Our AC had stopped working, and after lengthy discussions, we decided to replace everything under the dash as was prescribed by the technician. The initial repair was going to be $3500. Being unfortunate to have another car, there was no rush in getting the repair done as prescribed. Repairs were finished in a timely manner and I paid for service services rendered. The AC worked for approximately one hour after picking it up and I brought it to a shop closer to home to get a quick diagnostic and second opinion. There was no Freon in the system. I brought the vehicle back to the original shop, and they replaced a damaged hose. They wanted to charge an additional $340 more for repairs as it was a simple oversight. Repairs were made.The AC failed on me after driving the vehicle for seven hours. I ended up having to replace the AC compressor because the clutch assembly bearing failed under the hood. Have to change in the compressor, I started hearing water slashing around in the cab. From the original repair, the condensate drain tube was never connected so water was leaking under the floor mat and filled
